IT Sales Assistant

AKUITY Technologies is currently seeking someone to assist our busy sales team. AKUITY Technologies, established in 1988 and located in Auburn MA, offers a full scope of IT solutions and services to a wide and varied client base. The ideal candidate for this position will be energetic and organized, able to produce professional results in a casual work environment. Qualifications

Highly Organized
Effective phone and communication skills
Outgoing, energetic personality
Experience with computers, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
General Office skills

Our Sales Assistants are required to:

Utilize CRM to setup/maintain customer and prospect information
Maintain leads, opportunities, and notes for sales team
Backup sales team, taking customer calls, quoting, etc.
Work with vendors to obtain product information and quotes
Prepare quotes for standard items
Work with sales team and operations to prepare project quotes
Track orders and provide feedback to sales team and customers

IT/VOIP Account Executive

AKUITY Technologies is rapidly growing and is currently seeking experienced, motivated, sales professionals to join our team. AKUITY Technologies, established in 1988 and located in Auburn MA, offers a full scope of IT solutions and services to a wide and varied client base. The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-starter and comfortable producing results in a professional work environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Sales professional.
Qualifications

Proven professional sales experience in IT solutions and services in a business to business environment
Aptitude for learning the critical components of technology services
Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
Self-starter, self-motivated, ability to achieve goals

Job Requirements:

Generate prospective customers
Work leads created through internal marketing
Maintain and foster relationships with customers
Occasional local travel to customer/prospect locations for meetings, etc.
Meet monthly sales quotas as set by Sales Manager
Assist in preparation of client quotes and proposals
